FanTalk is a SaaS product for creators and brands. It brings Instagram, Kakao, and web chat messages into one inbox. AI replies from creator-defined knowledge and summarizes conversations that need human review.

We adapted the handoff design from fan messaging for general-purpose AI customer support. The resulting service was built to the testing stage.
